Flight Lesson 26
Night Cross-Country - Solo

 

Objective:
The student will become confident in night flying and general cross-country operations. In addition he/dhe will acquire the added solo cross-country flight time to meet
the minimum of 5 hours for the Private Pilot Certificate.

  1. Preparation of flight course.
  2. Preparation of flight log.
  3. Preparation of flight plan.
  4. Wether breifing.
  5. Cross-country flight (student graded).

  Note: Flight logs will be turned in to the instructor.

Completion Standards:

Altitude +/-200 feet, Heading +/- 10 degrees, Airspeed +/- 10 knots, checkpoint ETAs +/-2 minutes, maintain course within on mile.
